Adams and Ellsworth gets its name from the cross streets in Denver where it was originally
located. The agency is still located in Denver, in the South City Park neighborhood, and is
owned by Jake Fleck. Jake began his career in 1991 as a captive agent. Prior to starting his
own independent agency Fleck worked for IMA of Colorado, Inc. Fleck received a BA from the
University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business, University
of Denver. Jake holds an Associate in Risk Management designation and is working toward a
CPCU designation from The Institutes. Fleck is a graduate of the Chubb Insurance Personal
Lines Producer Training School.
